Return Policy for Online Purchases:

If you don’t absolutely love your regular-priced purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please email us info@uberbaby.com with the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions.

To make a return, please email info@uberbaby.com to request return authorization. In your message, please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will get back to you within 2 business days to provide return authorization on applicable orders and shipping instructions. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns, any shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. The shipping fee depends on the size and weight of your return order. Sale items and special orders are final sale.

Returns made within 14 days of order delivery receive a full refund to the original form of payment or exchange. Returns made within 15-60 days of order delivery receive store credit which never expires.

Merchandise must be in new, unused condition and packaging intact and sealed.

If your purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price minus the shipping and handling costs that we incur in shipping the item(s) to you.

We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on weight. Signatures are not required but tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Über Baby in not responsible for theft of packages that have been confirmed as delivered via provided tracking services.

Returns made without a receipt or order number may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note our team is available to help during our hours between 10AM-6PM CST Monday through Saturday and 11AM-5PM CST on Sundays. We are closed on New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day, and Christmas Day.
